Hamis is a Master Trainer at UNESCO MGIEP and a Graduate Professional Development Trainer at Aga Khan University, where he plans and develops the training manuals, and training courses related to teachers’ professional development and conducts and manages the projects. Hamis has organized several workshops to promote the adoption of online learning and assessment, the use of Artificial Intelligence in teacher education, Open Education Resources, Future Ready Schools and Adolescence Health. He is a member of USAID RTAC Research Network, Creative Commons Tanzania, Wikimedia Tanzania and Tanzania Artificial intelligence Lab.
