Perrine is in charge of Open Education and Digital Identity at the University of Lille as a policy officer and project manager.

She launched the Open Education Global Francophone webinars in 2020 that she has been hosting since then together with a benevolent team from Cameroun, Canada and Tunisia. As the European Blockchain Partnership’s French representative, she has helped identify and manage the digital transformation of the diploma and various competencies (open badges) into credentials verifiable in an EU ID Wallet. She is also in charge of developing open education activities and policies. She has participated in the Consortium since 2016.

Perrine holds a Master of Law (University Paris Saclay, France) and an L.LM. in German private law (University of Postdam, Germany). She was a lawyer at the Paris Bar from 2002 to 2009 and a general secretary of a public interest group financing open educational resources in health and sports sciences from 2009 to 2015. She became a digital expert in Open Education, Europe and International, at the Ministry for Higher Education, Research and Innovation from 2015 to 2018, which became a sustaining member of the Consortium as Open Education France at that time.
